This seminar is designed to equip congregations seeking to better communicate with existing members and beyond. Lynette covers how to move from inward "members only" focus to more outward-focused and look at areas that guests notice.

The seminar has four modules. You initially uncover what it means to be inward versus outward, identify a target audience and understand how to become relevant to their needs. The second module provides interactive discussion on inviting through the media and equipping members to invite one-on-one. By the third module, each participant takes a "guest-walk" to make specific recommendations to the group as to what the congregation might do to put action plans in place. The final module ignites the energy for welcoming and connecting new people to the congregation. Lynette wraps up the seminar by responding to questions and giving each participant action plans to jumpstart reaching those yet to come.
